Larry Don Moore, 70, of Fort Smith, AR passed away on Friday July 3, 2020 in a local hospital. He was born January 6, 1950 to Thurman and Patsy (Epping) Moore in Fort Smith. He was a retired sales manager for Bruce Rogers Company and a former sales manager for Pittsburg Paints. Larry was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, one son, Scott Sweeden Moore and his father-in-law, Bud Sweeden.
Larry is survived by his wife, Mary; one daughter, Jenny Wilson of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Sydney Wilson and Karley Moore both of Fort Smith; his mother Patsy Moore of Fort Smith; two sisters, Cindy Johnston and her husband Gary of Fort Smith and Glenda Bell and her husband Bobby of Fort Smith; two brothers, Mike Moore of Alma and Ricky Moore and his wife, Susan of Van Buren; his mother-in-law, Margaret Sweeden of Fort Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July 7, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Fort Smith with private family burial in White Bluff Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
The Family will visit with friends from 4:00-7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Masks are required at the visitation and church service.
