Thelma Kay Duty, 65 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 in a local nursing home. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother.

She is survived by two daughters Thelma Boitel and Amanda Rye; a sister Carolyn Barnett; two grandchildren; several nieces.
