Obituary for Irma Maledon Altstatt
Irma Maledon Altstatt, 81, of Fort Smith passed away on Tuesday March 30, 2021 in a local hospital. She was born October 7, 1939 in Charleston, AR to Charlie and Gertrude (Grebb) Maledon. She was a retired secretary for Kennedy, Alber and Phillips Insurance Company and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband Shirney of the home; one nephew, Kirk Turner of Tulsa; one niece, Kelley Forshee of Ada and other nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 6, 2021 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Barling. Viewing will be 10:00-7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
