Obituary for Bobby Ray Pope
Bobby Ray Pope, 65 of Alma passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in his home. He was a supervisor for Klaasmeyer Construction out of Conway, Arkansas. He was a lifelong resident of Crawford County and a 1974 graduate of Mountainburg High School. He is preceded in death by his father Bobby Dale Pope; one sister, Rita Thompson and one brother, Ricky Pope.
He is survived by his wife, Paula, of the home; one son, Joseph Pope, and wife AnnMarie of Fort Smith; one daughter, Crystal Jenkins, and husband, Aden, of Chester; two sisters, Brandi Pope and Cherolyn Gregory, both of Mountainburg; one brother, Johnny Pope, of Mountainburg; his mother Anna (Teague) Pope, of Mountainburg; one granddaughter, Jasmine Jenkins; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10AM, Monday April 26, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 2-4PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Pope, Jim Moody, Kimmy Nash, Wesley Nash, Sam Nash, Zach Fisher, Terry Patterson.
